Returns We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached.

Items must be returned with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Please note, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items marked as "final sale."

Clearance or discounted items.

Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

Contact us at thethriftypeachdc@gmail.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide return shipping instructions and address.

Carefully package the item and ship it back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Refunds Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at thethriftypeachdc@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
