We carefully pack and secure all vintage items to ensure they arrive safely. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, The Thrifty Peach is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic proof to discuss a resolution.
